- You have the right to cancel any order placed with Securitex CCTV Ltd within seven working days of receiving the goods, without giving any reason. The 7 working days will start the day after receipt of the goods.
- If you wish to cancel your order then you must send an e-mail stating that you wish to cancel your order to info@securitexcctv.com and this e-mail should contain your order number, your name and address and a description of the goods you are returning. Securitex CCTV Ltd will then issue you with an Returns Authorisation Number.
- Where Securitex CCTV Ltd has supplied you with goods, then you must take reasonable care of the goods prior to returning them. Securitex CCTV Ltd will only accept returned goods in their original packaging which do not exhibit signs of wear and tear. Any use of the delivered goods beyond that necessary to inspect the goods upon delivery will invalidate your right to cancel the order.
- The cost of returning goods is non refundable and if Securitex CCTV Ltd arrange collection of the goods, the cost of collection will be deducted from the refund.
- When we have received your notice of cancellation, and we are in possession of the returned goods, Securitex CCTV Ltd will make a refund of the purchase price paid by you for the goods to the debit or credit card which you used to purchase the goods.
- All monies will be refunded within 30 days of the cancellation date.
